Maintenance

A range of Standard Maintenance Agreements are available to meet your support needs.

Annual maintenance agreements provide on site support without the need for purchase orders and can also be tailor made to include:

On all agreements, carriage is the responsibility of the customer.

Maintenance

To ensure reliability in performance and accuracy of your system a full schedule of checks is completed at each preventative maintenance visit including:

  • Cleaning of the machine and a visual inspection

  • Service report

  • Checking of the machines mechanical and electronic components making adjustments where necessary, ensuring optimum performance.

  • Verification of Machine accuracy

Calibration

Calibration and certification of the machine performance by a Computer Clinic UK product support technician-using equipment traceable to national standards at our UK facility. The calibrations can be included at a frequency to suit your quality plan.

We maintain your calibration cycle by the forward planning and scheduling of mutually agreed visit dates.

Emergency Call-out

We provide a priority response on a call out basis, to minimize the machine down time and effect repairs or adjustments as required assuring correct machine operation.

Emergency call-outs can be transferred between machines where more than one machine is included in the agreement.

  • 10% discount on spare parts

  • 10% discount on standard service rates

  • Remote fault identification and fix

4 Star Agreement

  • 1 Maintenance & Calibration

  • 2 Emergency call-outs

  • Telephone Support line for machine hardware

  • 10% discount on spare parts

  • 10% discount on standard service rates

  • Remote fault identification and fix

5 Star Agreement

  • 1 Maintenance & Calibration

  • 3 Emergency call-outs

  • Telephone Support line for the machine hardware

  • 10% discount on standard service rates

  • 10% discount on spare parts

  • Remote fault identification and fix

  • Special finance arrangements

6 Star Contract

  • An all-inclusive 6 Star maintenance contract which includes a Loan Arm and unlimited callouts and spare parts.

Software Maintenance Contract
